Mastek recognised for its f12-million investment in next generation of tech natives.

As part of its E12 million-pound investment into a new digital skills programme for graduates looking to progress a career in tech, Mastek’s CEO, John Owen was amongst a select group of key figures from the UK tech industry, including leading politicians, entrepreneurs and innovators from across the country, invited to celebrate the positive impact the growing technology industry has had on the nation’s economy and society.

Mastek’s multi-million-pound investment, driven by business growth and customer needs, comes as part of a wider initiative for other businesses to address the skills shortage by training and investing in people where the demand for high-level skills in sectors such as engineering, technology, digital, and manufacturing continues to increase.
Fuelled by the company’s passion to improve the opportunities available in IT, Mastek established a Graduate Development Programme in 2018 with the aim to create and nurture the next generation of tech natives. The success of the programme has enabled Mastek to take on 50 graduates this year with plans to double that number to 100 graduates in 2020. Read More
