This is further to our intimations dated 13th March 2019 regarding the Board Meeting of the Company on 19th March and intimation of record date for the purpose of payment of 2nd interim dividend for the year 2018-19.
In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, it is hereby notified that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 19th March 2019 has inter-alia declared 2nd Interim #Dividend of 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per equity share of face value of Rs lO/- each for the financial year 2018-19.
The dividend wi ll be credited to the account of the shareholders or the dividend warrant in respect thereof will be dispatched on or before 10th April 2019.
